TEAM or SOLO SIGNUP

4 Teammates. 100M. 4X Through.

Race Format: Teams of four will relay on the track in 100m interval sprints handling their batton off to the next teammate.

The race doesnt end there though...teammates will have to each go "4" times completing 400M each, and ultimately the FASTEST TEAM MILE.
